Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking to be part of a dynamic dental practice? We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our welcoming team. We are on a journey to build a brand new office to enhance patient care and create a state-of-the-art working environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics. You'll work closely with both patients and doctors in a multi-specialty, multi-doctor practice setting, ensuring patient satisfaction and high standards of oral health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough periodontal screenings and assessments
- Provide exceptional prophylaxis and scaling/root planing treatments
- Efficiently perform air polishing, antimicrobial placement, and Arestin therapy
- Administer fluoride treatments and patient education sessions
- Utilize advanced dental technologies, including digital radiography and intraoral cameras
- Maintain accurate dental charting and patient records
- Schedule and prioritize patient appointments while ensuring a smooth workflow

Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Proficient in using dental software such as DEXIS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members

Work Environment & Benefits:

Our office prioritizes safety with provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. We offer a comfortable lunch break of up to one hour and the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time, ensuring you can deliver the best quality care.

We offer competitive compensation starting at $50+ per hour, depending on experience, along with a 401K plan and PTO. Whether you are a new or experienced hygienist, we welcome you to apply and help shape the future of our practice!
