We are a busy, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. With over 21 years of experience, Dr. Tippets prides himself on providing a personal touch and building lasting relationships with our patients. Our supportive environment fosters teamwork, as our staff has enjoyed long tenures ranging from 4 to 18 years.
Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including chairside assistance, taking impressions, placing composite fillings/ build up, temporary crowns, scanning, scheduling appointments, and patient education. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental setting, possessing skills in four-handed dentistry, x-ray procedures, and excellent communication, EDDA, fabricating temporary crowns. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities in a practice that values trust and efficiency.
Collaboration is at our core, and we emphasize teamwork while assisting each other with instrument sterilization and patient care. We are dedicated to maintaining a drama-free atmosphere where every team member is valued. Offered benefits include PTO, dental coverage, a 401K plan, and holiday pay.
