We are a dynamic, family-oriented dental office located in the heart of Midlothian, TX, and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Since opening in 2018, we've committed to providing exceptional patient care across various specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics.

As an integral member of our multi-specialty and multi-doctor practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care in a welcoming environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist in various procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, managing patient records, and providing support to both patients and team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an RDA, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. We value teamwork, encouragement, and a passion for patient care.
