We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team during an extended maternity leave, with the opportunity for ongoing recurring work afterward. If you're looking for a consistent schedule, a supportive team, and a practice where you'll feel appreciated, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule:
We're looking for coverage on the following dates:
Tuesday–Thursday: July 28–30
Tuesday–Thursday: August 4–6
Tuesday–Thursday: August 11–13
Beginning Monday, August 17: Ongoing maternity leave coverage (end date to be determined)
Plus: The third Friday of every month beginning August 21
What You'll Do:
Provide gentle, thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)
Take digital radiographs as needed
Complete oral health assessments and periodontal charting
Educate patients on preventive care and healthy oral hygiene habits
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Partner closely with the doctor and team to provide outstanding patient care
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
Co-diagnose with the doctor using a MouthWatch intraoral camera
What We're Looking For:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience with digital charting and digital radiographs preferred
Dentrix experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and creating a positive experience at every visit
