Dental hygiene position available 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday). Opportunity to work five days a week if needed in near future. We are a quickly growing office in Southeast Aurora. Currently building a new state of the art facility off of South Parker Rd. and E470 in Parker CO.

Looking for an enthusiastic, professional hygienist to join our team. We are a lively and fun bunch who believe the best care is provided by teams who love what they do and work well together. Our practice believes healthy smiles are built by practicing core values such as quality, integrity, and compassion.

We are looking for someone who: can do the following tasks!!!! (Can also train on the job.)

*Can perform prophys, perio maintenance, and SRP efficiency.

*Has Digital Software and Digital x-rays experience (Dentrix/Opendental and Dexis).

*Intraoral camera, Valscope, Diode Laser, silverdiamine, arestin, & curodont are all pluses

*Can motivate patients into performing proper hygiene at home

*Can administer their own anesthetic for SRP's

*Will take responsibility for his/her work

*Will be punctual, come to work on-time, and have a positive attitude

*All prophy's and perio maintinace cleanings are 1hr, SRP and New Patients 1.5-2hrs

*Lastly be a team player

Job Type: 4 days per week

Pay: $55-65 per hour

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist the dentist with various procedures
* Prepare patients for treatment
* Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
* Manage patient records and appointments
* Perform chairside duties, including taking x-rays and impressions
* Make esthetic functional temporaries, pack dental cord, pack fillings and adjust, deliver night guards, deliver dentures, perform zoom whitening, and more, can train on the job to become an EDDA if needed.

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Dental assisting certification or experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to grow, learn, and take the lead if needed
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
