Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk

Join our family-owned dental practice as a vital member of our front office team! We are a general dentistry office dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages. As a front office professional, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations within the practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office setting, with proficiency in Open Dental and scheduling software. Familiarity with insurance verification processes is essential, as you'll assist patients with their insurance queries and ensure uninterrupted services. Your role will also include managing appointments efficiently, utilizing our digital tools like Open Dental, DEXIS, and intraoral cameras to enhance our patient care experience.

We value teamwork and provide a supportive work environment where you can grow professionally. Your skills in digital radiography/X-rays, iTero, and NOMAD Pro will be highly appreciated as you assist with patient preparations.
