We’re a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic group in the FT BEND, , and we’re looking for a Remote Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who knows how to connect with families, build trust, and help patients move forward with treatment.
This is someone who understands how to guide parents, explain treatment clearly, and confidently help them say yes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking with parents about orthodontic treatment plans and next steps
Explaining finances in a simple, confident, and friendly way
Following up with pending cases and helping families move forward
Scheduling consults and treatment starts
Coordinating closely with our in-office team
Keeping detailed notes and tracking inside our system
What We’re Looking For
Experience as an orthodontic or dental treatment coordinator (required)
Strong communication skills — warm, clear, and confident
Someone who is proactive and follows up consistently
Comfortable talking about money and helping families make decisions
Organized and detail-oriented
Tech comfortable (Open Dental )
This Role is a Fit If You:
Have at least 3 years experience in ORTHO Treatment coordinating
Know how to build trust quickly over the phone
Enjoy helping people make decisions, not just giving information
Take ownership of your numbers and results
Want to be part of a positive, growth-oriented team
Compensation
Base pay + performance-based commission
The more cases you help start, the more you earn
Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand
Schedule
Primarily Monday through Friday
Some flexibility, with availability during peak call times preferred
