Looking for a experienced all rounder front desk person

We are seeking a full-time front office professional to join a well-established and respected dental practice serving both general and private patients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, fun-loving environment and values teamwork, compassion, and high-quality patient care.

As a key member of our team, you will handle a wide range of front desk and treatment coordination responsibilities. Daily duties include scheduling appointments, managing patient communications, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting smooth office operations. Strong organization, the ability to multitask efficiently, and confidence in learning new systems and software are essential. Experience with scheduling software such as Oryx is preferred.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in treatment coordination and front office responsibilities. A high school education is sufficient for this role, provided you bring professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

This growing practice offers a supportive work environment, medical insurance, and retirement benefits for full-time team members. The pay range is $28–$34 per hour, depending on skill, experience, and responsibilities. Additional details include a 1-hour lunch break, available street or garage parking nearby, and access to PPE such as disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, masks, and regular masks.
