Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZJoin our dynamic team at a well-established, referral-based private periodontal practice located in central Phoenix. We are seeking a dedicated front office professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. In our single-doctor practice, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients.
Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of front office experience, with surgical experience preferred. You should have a solid understanding of insurance processes and surgical treatment plans, which is essential for supporting our specialized services. Proficiency in Dentrix is advantageous, as it is our primary scheduling software.
As part of our skilled team, you will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $26 to $29 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health, dental, and life insurance, as well as an employer contributed 401K plan.
