Associate opportunity in Mendon 2-4 days a week

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated dental professional to join our general practice team 3-4 days a week, though we offer flexibility on number of days and hours. This position is ideal for a dentist who values high-quality patient care, enjoys working in a supportive environment, and is looking to contribute to a growing organization with multiple locations and excellent team collaboration.

Our practice focuses on general dentistry and provides a broad range of services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will bring basic clinical skills, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced staff, and delivering care with confidence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating common dental conditions, performing routine exams and restorative procedures, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining accurate treatment records. You will work with a team of dedicated dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff who are committed to helping you provide efficient, patient-centered care.

The schedule is Tuesday-Fridays, with the flexibility to either take a lunch break or work straight through the day depending on workflow and preference. On-site parking is available for added convenience, making your daily commute easier and more efficient.

Applicants must hold a DDS or DMD degree and have a Michigan dental license, or be willing to apply for one. We are looking for a doctor who is dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow within a supportive practice network. Compensation for this role is a daily rate of $800 to $1,000, plus a production bonus. We value the contributions of our providers and offer a compensation structure that reflects both quality care and productivity.
