We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic front office staff member to join our multi-specialty, patient-centered dental practice. With a focus on general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics, we are committed to providing stress-free and comfortable experiences for our patients.

As a front office team member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, patient check in and out, financial collections, file insurance claims, dental charting, chart maintenance, and patient recall. You will utilize Open Dental software for treatment planning and data entry, ensuring our patients receive efficient and personalized care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office and possess a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within our cohesive team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Vixwin X-ray software are advantageous.
