Scheduling Coordinator Needed

LOCATION
Rockaway, NJ

We are seeking a full-time front office team member to join a general dental practice that is currently undergoing a full renovation. Our future office will be a beautiful, modern space equipped with the newest technology, including CBCT, intraoral scanners, 3D printer, AI diagnostic tools, and cloud-based software. Most importantly, we are building a supportive, healthy, and drama-free culture where team members can grow, feel valued, and enjoy coming to work.

This role is ideal for someone with a friendly personality, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. A high school education is the expected level for this position, and 1 year of experience is required. The front office plays an important role in creating a welcoming patient experience and helping the day run smoothly. Familiarity with Carestack scheduling software is a plus.

We offer a competitive pay range of $21–$25 per hour plus incentive, along with PTO, sick days, performance bonus, and more. A large parking area is available for convenient access.
