Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our professional dental team in a full-time role supporting a practice that provides General, Prosthodontic, and PPO services. This position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality patient care, strong communication, and a collaborative work environment.

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive hygiene services while working one patient at a time. We allow the time necessary to ensure our team can provide the best patient experience possible, with a focus on comfort, education, and clinical excellence. You will be an important part of a practice that emphasizes thorough care, efficiency, and a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, oral health education, radiographs as needed, charting, and supporting the dentist in maintaining accurate and efficient patient records. Experience with Dentrix and Dexis is required, as is the ability to work confidently in a modern, technology-driven dental office.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience and a current RDH License in Texas. CPR certification is also required. The ideal team member is professional, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with patients and coworkers while maintaining a calm, caring chairside manner.

This full-time position offers a schedule of Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Lunch breaks are structured so that 2 days include a lunch break, and 2 days are scheduled straight through to allow for an earlier departure. Parking is available in a parking garage for added convenience.
