About the Role:
We’re looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator who is naturally outgoing, organized, and loves connecting with people. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear on the phone.
In our office, the front desk sets the tone. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and cared for, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, texts, emails, and manage daily communication
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Help maintain a full and productive schedule (including hygiene recall)
Check patients in/out and collect payments
Keep patient records accurate and up to date
Support communication between patients, doctor, and team
Jump in where needed to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of dental front office experience
Strong understanding of dental terminology
Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with dental software (or quick to learn)
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Most importantly:
