Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and versatile Dental Floater with experience in both dental assisting and front office duties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable stepping in wherever needed to support the team and patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
Take digital X-rays and assist with patient care
Support front office tasks including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and answering phones
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred)
X-ray certification (preferred/required based on state regulations)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
