We are looking for an experienced Dental Treatment & Insurance Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journeys, ensuring they feel informed and valued. This role will include presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance benefits, and clearly communicating coverage options to patients. You will manage accounts, monitor outstanding claims, and audit financial records for accuracy.

Additional responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and maintaing a goal-focused schedule that supports both patient care and practice efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in dental treatment planning and insurance verification. You should be highly organized, warm, and approachable, with a passion for delivering outstanding patient service. Proficiency in dental technology and proactive management of claims are vital to your success in this role.
