Our private practice is growing, and we’re excited to add additional Dental Assistants to our team!
We welcome DAs, RDAs, and RDAEFs to apply.

We are a General and Multi-Specialty dental office offering in-house Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery—all under one roof. We are proud to be one of the highest-reviewed dental offices in Southern California, known for ethical dentistry and outstanding patient experiences.

We do not encourage upselling and we do not push production goals. Our focus is on quality care, teamwork, and positive patient experiences.

✨ What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, patient-centered, and an excellent communicator
- A true team player with a strong work ethic
- No upselling or production pressure — just genuine patient care
- Basic dental knowledge required, including dental terminology and tooth numbers
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required... If you have a great attitude and love dentistry, we have a place for you!

✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting
- Digital X-rays (Dexis) and intraoral photos
- Infection control and instrument sterilization
- Ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Delivering post-op instructions and oral hygiene education
- Taking and pouring impressions

✨ Compensation & Hiring Process:
- $22.00 and up based on professional title and skillset
- Pay is based on skillset and performance
- Positions available due to practice growth
