Our Vibrant Dental Team is looking for a Hygienist!

We are excited to invite a skilled and enthusiastic Hygienist to join our growing, fun, and fabulous private practice. Our single-doctor private office is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. We are committed to creating positive experiences for both our patients and our team, and we offer a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over quantity. Our office is open Monday-Thursdays 8am-5pm with every Friday off.

Our practice features three hygienist operatories and two doctor operatories equipped with advanced technology, including digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and a cavitron. We pride ourselves on our established periodontics program, ensuring our patients receive excellent maintenance and care. Our hygienists engage with each patient for a full hour (90mins for NPs), fostering an attentive and thorough approach without the pressure of accelerated hygiene visits. The doctor is incredibly receptive to the concerns raised by our hygienists, emphasizing teamwork and improved patient outcomes.

We prioritize safety, providing comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, regular and level 3 masks, bonnets, and booties to ensure a secure working condition.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience and possess a valid Hygiene License. We offer a competitive compensation structure, with salary rates ranging from $60 to $65 per hour, alongside comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401k match.

We are a fun, fabulous private practice & Dr. is amazing! We have three hygiene operatories, two doctor operatories and offer digital x-rays, intraoral camera, cavitron. Each patient, including children, are seen with the hygienist for 1 hour; no accelerated hygiene! Dr. is very receptive to areas of concern found by the hygienist. Established perio program means patients are well maintained. Any one who has temp'd for us has always said they love our office; patients love our office too!
