LOCATION
Woodbridge, VAWe are seeking a dedicated, compassionate dental hygienist to join a well-established private general dental practice that has served the Woodbridge, VA area for over 40 years. This solo-doctor office is known for its timeless, beautiful aesthetic and for providing highly personalized care to a loyal patient population, primarily seniors. We do not see children, and we do not participate with dental insurance companies, allowing us to focus fully on quality, individualized treatment.
This is a part-time opportunity in a calm, supportive setting where exceptional patient care is the priority. Our practice is intentionally structured to allow for one patient at a time, with one-hour hygiene appointments so you can deliver thorough, unrushed care. Each new patient is first seen by the doctor for an initial examination and radiographs before being scheduled with hygiene, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
The ideal candidate will have a college-level education and possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to hand scale with precision and confidence. Equally important is a compassionate approach, especially when working with an older patient population that values comfort, trust, and clear communication. A warm chairside manner and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Our office team is small and collaborative, consisting of one dental assistant, one front office receptionist, and one support floater, creating a close-knit environment where every team member plays an important role. The practice provides disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, and regular masks to support a safe and well-equipped clinical setting. Parking is available in our lot for added convenience.
