The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented, motivated hygienist who wants a long-term home in private practice. If you value culture as much as compensation, and you're the kind of clinician who is always looking to grow — this is your place.
You'll work in your own dedicated operatory with top-tier equipment, alongside an exceptional team of general and cosmetic dentists. You'll also have real opportunities to develop both your clinical skills and your leadership — something you won't find everywhere.
Our ideal candidate is:
A skilled clinician who holds themselves to a high standard

Ambitious, personable, and genuinely curious
Someone who sees themselves as both a student and a teacher
Competent with anesthesia and promoting fluoride
Knows or is willing to learn: laser (LBR) and Curodont
Schedule: 4 clinical days per week (35-40 hours)
Our Office hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $5,000 Relocation Reimbursement
Competitive pay = to nearly $85/hr for a 1099 position
Pus Monthly Personal Bonus (>$22k/month)
Plus Monthly Office Bonus (sliding scale)
