DENTAL FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

We love our patients and we want someone that will be AWESOME on the phone and provide the BEST customer care to each and every one of them. You would be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the business office, including: answering phone calls in a professional manner, scheduling of patients, accounts receivable, maintaining order and appearance of dental office, presentation of financial treatment plan options, submitting insurance and all pre-authorization, following up with patients for scheduling of recommended treatment, entering insurance payments, and recall/recare system.
