DENTAL FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

We love our patients and we want someone that will be AWESOME on the phone and provide the BEST customer care to each and every one of them. Dental front office experience is a MUST.We want to establish a thriving presence in our community and would love for the right person with the skills, dedication and team mindset to be a part of our dental family.We want that “right person” to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
You would be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the business office, including: answering phone calls in a professional manner, scheduling of patients, accounts receivable, maintaining order and appearance of dental office, presentation of financial treatment plan options, submitting insurance and all pre-authorization, following up with patients for scheduling of recommended treatment, entering insurance payments, and recall/recare system.
