Job Type: Full-Time (Mon – Thurs) (Fridays are an option, and some flex time is available too.)

What You’ll Do:
✨ Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
✨ Manage patient scheduling, registration, and insurance processing with a smile!
✨ Support the dental team by coordinating communication and workflow.
✨ Develop and implement office policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
✨ Assist in managing budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
✨ Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience.
✨ Organize community outreach programs and events to promote oral health awareness.

What We’re Looking For:
🌈 Previous experience in dental or medical office and administration, leadership.
