RDA position for a Prosthodontics and General Dentistry practice
LOCATION
Houston, TXWe are seeking a warm, compassionate, enthusiastic, and highly organized dental assistant to join a full-time dental office team. This opening is available while the current assistant is on maternity leave. Our practice blends General, Prosthodontics, and Private care, with a strong focus on restoring the function and beauty of each patient’s smile in a caring and unique way.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to take initiative without constant supervision. We value a positive attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow. Candidates should genuinely enjoy caring for people, take pride in their work, anticipate the needs of others, and treat every patient like family.
Responsibilities include supporting restorative dentistry procedures, assisting with implant dentistry, cosmetic and restorative care, hygiene and wellness visits, and TMJ/TMD treatment. Strong experience in restorative dentistry is essential. Cross-training is not necessary.
Requirements include a high school education and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Compensation is negotiable. Benefits include PTO. The office provides a 1-hour lunch break, office parking lot access, and PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, and respirator masks.
