Bradshaw Periodontics is seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional patient care. If you’re looking for a professional, respectful, and patient-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor during consultations and procedures
- Prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards
- Take X-rays and ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Provide patient comfort and post-operative instructions
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist front office staff with patient check-in, scheduling, or administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Active Texas RDA license (required)
- Periodontics or surgical experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
- Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well with others
Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience
