We are seeking a skilled, compassionate dental hygienist to join a well-established general and implant practice with decades of patient trust and a strong reputation for personalized care. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values quality over quantity and wants to contribute to a patient-centered team where professional judgment is respected.
You will work in a close-knit, supportive environment alongside an experienced doctor with more than 25 years of restorative and implant dentistry experience. The practice serves a broad mix of patients, including families, longtime community members, and a growing number of implant and restorative cases, offering variety in your day-to-day work. Hygiene appointments are scheduled with realistic time allocation, allowing you to deliver thorough care without feeling rushed.
Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, charting, patient education, and supporting preventive and restorative treatment planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working a double-operatory setup, moving between two rooms with roughly 60 minutes allotted per patient. Experience with implant maintenance is important, and preference will be given to candidates with local anesthesia certification, nitrous oxide administration experience, and laser experience. A commitment to excellent communication and high clinical standards is essential.
The office uses Eaglesoft and modern digital scanning technology, so comfort with current systems and a willingness to adapt to efficient digital workflows is important. You will also appreciate the collaborative nature of the team and the easy access to chairside consultation when needed. We provide disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support a safe work environment.
This role includes a 30 to 60 minute lunch break, free on-site parking, PTO available after one year of employment, and all federal holidays observed. Compensation is $52 to $57 per hour, above the Frisco market average, depending on candidate experience and qualifications. Preferred experience is 1 to 3 years. Position available starting November 2nd.
If you are looking for a long-term home where hygiene is valued as a core part of patient care, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a practice that is expanding and committed to excellence.
