Welcome to our dynamic dental practice, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a private practice owned by an active-duty army doctor and his wife, we have built a reputable practice over the last six years, serving a diverse patient base of PPO and cash patients. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and efficient staff.

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in enhancing our patients' oral health and overall experience. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, taking digital radiographs, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each to ensure that their individual needs are fully met. Our office utilizes the latest technology, including intraoral cameras and Medit for state-of-the-art patient assessments. Experience with Laser hygiene is a plus.

Our growing practice consists of seven dedicated members, and we are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, Open Dental, and be familiar with fixed prosthodontics, implants, and Invisalign treatments.

Our commitment to the health and safety of our staff and patients is unwavering. We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, gloves, masks, head caps, and foot covers.

In addition to a fulfilling role, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $40 to $55 per hour, alongside benefits such as paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a 401K plan. We also provide a one-hour lunch break, allowing you to recharge during the busy day.
