We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the team and oversee all aspects of the clinic’s operations.
About the Role:
As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in our success. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, driving patient growth, and ensuring excellent patient and staff experiences. This is a unique opportunity to help grow a practice from the ground up, with a clear pathway to financial bonuses tied to performance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Performance Bonuses: Based on patient starts, net profitability, and clinic growth milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, financial tracking, and supply inventory.
Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk personnel.
Doctor Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and onboarding general dentists for the practice.
Financial Oversight: Billing insurance, Monitor expenses, maximize profitability, and achieve net growth targets.
Patient Experience: Ensure every patient receives outstanding care and customer service.
Marketing Collaboration: Work and implement strategies to attract and retain patients, plus outdoor events if needed.
Goal Achievement: Focus on growing the patient base, increasing net profitability, and maintaining high retention rates.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience managing a dental office.
Strong knowledge of dental office operations, including patient management software.
Must know how to use Open Dental patient management software.
Must be able to verify dental insurances, file claims, claim appeals, EOB posting, and doctor credentialing.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in hiring and managing staff, as well as recruiting dental professionals.
Ability to meet and exceed performance goals, with a track record of driving growth.
Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and maximizing net profit.
