Our office is a general, single-doctor practice that serves PPO and private-pay patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are a PPO/FFS office in Pflugerville, TX, dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong dental wellness through high-quality preventive and therapeutic care.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive services and contribute to an efficient, well-organized clinical workflow. Additional duties may include air polishing, cavitron use, impressions, irrigation agents, bleaching support, local anesthesia, antibiotic and Arestin therapy, dental charting, patient records management, file maintenance, patient recall, and scheduling. Experience with four-handed dentistry and the ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation are highly valued.
A successful candidate will be comfortable building trust with patients, answering questions about preventive care, and reinforcing treatment recommendations in a clear, reassuring manner. Strong communication skills, clinical efficiency, and a commitment to high standards of infection control are essential. CPR certification is required or must be maintained.
We provide a professional work environment with appropriate PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support safety and confidence in daily clinical care.
