Flexible Schedule - Hygienist

We are a growing dental practice seeking a skilled and dependable dental hygienist to join our team in a full-time capacity. Our office is committed to delivering high-quality care supported by more than 15 years of experience serving patients with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. We offer comprehensive services in general, periodontal, orthodontic, cosmetic, and prosthodontic dentistry, with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance and continuing care.

This role is ideal for a hygienist who values clinical excellence and enjoys working in a supportive, efficient environment. You will provide routine hygiene services and help patients maintain healthy smiles through consistent preventive care. Patient appointments are structured to allow focused, individualized attention, with one patient seen at a time and typically 30–60 minutes allotted per visit. Our team is highly collaborative, and hygienists benefit from assistance with cleaning, room preparation, and X-rays, allowing for a smoother workflow throughout the day.

We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience and a college-level education who can confidently perform standard hygienist responsibilities. Experience in a practice that serves general, periodontic, and orthodontic patients is especially valuable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable educating patients on home care, oral hygiene habits, and the importance of regular maintenance visits.

Our office environment is designed to be extremely convenient for hygienists. Dental assistants handle room setup, cleaning, and radiographs, helping you stay focused on patient care. We also offer flexible scheduling with different combinations of days available, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance.

Compensation is $60–65 per hour, along with a full-time benefits package that includes vacation time, sick days, and medical insurance. Additional earning opportunities are available through bonuses and commission for extra services. For safety and comfort, PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, latex gloves, and nitrile gloves. A 30-minute lunch break is included, and easily accessible street parking is available.
