LOCATION
Garland, TXWe are seeking a reliable and motivated dental professional to join our team in a full-time position within a busy general dental practice serving Medicaid, PPO, and private patients. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and a strong background in all aspects of general dentistry. A high school education is expected, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, patient-focused attitude.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of general dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining proper infection control protocols, and supporting smooth daily operations in the office. The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced environment while providing quality care and professionalism to every patient.
Personal protective equipment is provided for your safety, including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves. Parking is available in the front, and a 30-minute lunch break is included during the workday.
Compensation is $22 per hour. Benefits are available after 1 year of employment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a stable, patient-centered dental practice and contribute to a supportive team dedicated to excellent care.
