Permanent or Temp Hygienist opening in Seattle

We are seeking a new or experienced dental hygienist to join our growing practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Our established Capitol Hill team has built a reputation for treating patients like family. For more than 30 years, we have focused on getting to know each individual while delivering exceptional customer service and premium oral health care. Our practice combines a warm, positive atmosphere with a commitment to learning the latest dental techniques. We serve a diverse patient base across General, Periodontics, Multi-doctor, PPO, and Private practice settings, allowing you to develop and apply a broad range of clinical skills.

In this role, you will provide individualized hygiene care one patient at a time, typically spending 1 to 2 hours per patient depending on treatment needs. This allows for a thorough, patient-centered experience and the opportunity to build meaningful rapport. A 30-minute lunch break is provided during the day.

We are looking for an RDH graduate who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and maintaining excellent clinical standards. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are important.
