We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our medium-sized private practice, where we have been proudly serving the community for over 20 years. Located in a supportive and patient-focused environment, our team consists of two skilled doctors who prioritize the well-being of every patient. In our practice, we cater primarily to PPO patients, along with a significant number of cash-pay patients. Our commitment to providing excellent care means we maintain a stress-free environment for both our patients and our team. You will enjoy manageable patient loads, typically seeing one patient at a time for appointments that last a full hour. This allows ample time for the essential tasks of patient care and documentation without the worry of feeling rushed. We also offer the flexibility of an optional one-hour lunch break, ensuring you have time to recharge during your busy day.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

- Proficiency in Calculus Removal, Cavitron use, and thorough Dental Charting
- Skills in Oral Cancer Screening, Oral Pathology Screening, and Patient Education
- Experience in Pediatric Hygiene and Periodontal Screening
- Ability to perform Prophylaxis and Scaling and Root Planing
- Familiarity with Dentrix, DEXIS, and Digital Radiography/X-Rays

Additionally, you must be CPR certified, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. We pride ourselves on the quality of our patient interactions and your ability to effectively communicate oral hygiene instructions will greatly contribute to our mission.

We are pleased to offer a competitive hourly rate of $39-$45 depending on experience level, as well as beneficial perks such as 401K eligibility after one year, Paid Time Off (PTO), complimentary dental care for you and your immediate family (excluding lab fees), and complimentary scrubs. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, and regular masks will be provided to ensure your safety and comfort while working.

Our office has been in our community for over 20 years. We are a medium-sized private practice office with two doctors. What we do best here is genuinely caring for our patients and their oral health. We do our very best to create a stress-free environment for our patients and our team. We see mostly PPO patients, but have a lot of cash-pay patients as well. For our hygienists, we keep most appointments to a full hour, making sure there is time for the patient to be seen and notes written without having to stress about time. A lunch hour is optional if desired. We offer 401K after one year of working here. PTO is also available.
