Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for patient care and a knack for managing front office operations? We are seeking an experienced front office team member to join our vibrant dental practice, where we specialize in General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and more.
In our fully digital and collaborative environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and managing patient records. Strong case presentation and financial discussion skills are essential, as you’ll guide patients through complex treatment plans and help them navigate their insurance options.
Our ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dental office experience, is detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Familiarity with Open Dental, iTero, and digital imaging systems will give you a head start, while your enthusiasm for patient care will help you thrive in our supportive culture.
