Full Time Hygienist Needed

We are excited to expand our hygiene department in our beautiful private dental practice! Our office is renowned for its positive, family-like culture, where a team of highly experienced staff members collaborates to provide exceptional care to our kind patients. As a one-doctor practice, we emphasize creating a welcoming environment that reflects our dedication to our team and the patients we serve.
In your role as a Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a close-knit team, with every member being valued and appreciated. Our excellent Google reviews highlight not only the outstanding care we provide but also the supportive atmosphere that we proudly foster. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a new graduate, we invite you to thrive in an environment where everyone contributes and has fun together!
You will have a manageable and fulfilling schedule, seeing one patient at a time for approximately 50 minutes, allowing for meaningful interactions and thorough care. Enjoy a well-deserved lunch break of 1 to 1.5 hours to recharge and connect with your teammates.
We provide a competitive compensation package, offering an hourly rate between $47 - $50, along with multiple bonuses, such as a production bonus and a hygiene bonus. Our benefits include 2 weeks of paid time off accrued from day one, free dental services, a $300 monthly health care stipend, a uniform allowance, 7 paid holidays, and 2 paid bereavement days. We also support your professional growth with continuing education reimbursements, ensuring you can further your skills and expertise.
