Lead Dental Assistant

Location: Restoration Smiles
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with hour breaks)
Pay: $24–27/hour (based on experience)

Are you an energetic, organized floor master ready to take charge? We’re looking for a Lead Assistant to oversee our clinical team — including assistants and hygienists — and help shape the future of our growing practice.

What You’ll Do:
-Lead, train, and support the clinical team
-Develop and implement effective systems and workflows for our practice and future locations
-Hold team members accountable to their checklists and clinical standards
-Manage patient flow and delegate tasks efficiently
-Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse team

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach
-Excellent communication with different personality types
-Experience in clinical dental assisting or hygiene preferred
-Ability to multi-task and keep the floor running smoothly
-Dependable with a positive, energetic attitude
