Front Office Coordinator

Our established general dental practice provides comprehensive care including implant dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and general dentistry. We’re currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to become a key part of our team. This role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for our patients while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy dental environment. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Duties:

Welcome patients and guests with professionalism and warmth
Schedule and confirm appointments accurately using dental practice software
Check patients in and assist with front-office flow
Verify dental insurance benefits and help patients understand coverage
Manage patient records and data using Open Dental
Answer and route phone calls efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Provide administrative and team support as needed to enhance patient care
Qualifications:

Prior customer service or front office experience required
Experience working in a dental setting preferred
Knowledge of Open Dental software is a strong plus
Familiarity with dental insurance verification, billing, ADA codes, and scheduling
Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive information
Bilingual abilities are a plus and welcomed
Practice Details:

PPO and Fee-for-Service office only
No Medicaid, Medicare, or HMO plans
Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (with potential expansion to Monday–Friday)
