We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to become a vital part of our team. Our practice is rooted in the values of compassion, quality, and a touch of fun, ensuring every patient feels genuinely known and cared for.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an essential role in fostering long-term relationships with our patients, providing preventive dental care, and educating them on maintaining optimal oral health. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our diverse patient population, from a child's first dental visit to seniors needing specialized care. Our practice emphasizes a warm, family-friendly environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to building trust and comfort with our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations using state-of-the-art technology.
- Conduct oral health assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with the dentist.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, diet, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and CAESY software.
- Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere, contributing to the family-like camaraderie enjoyed in our office.
Qualifications:
- A degree in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred; however, we welcome motivated candidates with lesser experience.
- Proficient in dental software programs such as CAESY, Eaglesoft, and Practice Works.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing comprehensive patient care.
