We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused dental hygiene professional to join a well-established, private, single-doctor general practice. This full-time opportunity is available due to the retirement of our current hygienist, creating a great opening for someone looking to become part of a trusted team with longtime patients and a strong reputation for quality care.

This role is ideal for a college-educated hygienist with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and building meaningful relationships with patients.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive preventive dental care, performing cleanings and patient education, and supporting a smooth, efficient clinical workflow. The schedule is structured to allow quality care and attention to each patient, with 1 hour reserved for adult appointments and 1 1/2 hours for new patients. A 1-hour lunch break is provided.

The ideal candidate must be nitrous certified and have OSHA officer experience or qualifications. Comfort with a patient-centered, conservative practice style is important. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer competitive compensation starting at $48+ per hour, along with PTO, a Simple Plan, and paid holidays. For safety and infection control, the office provides all necessary PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available by the office for added convenience.
