Duties Include (but are not limited to):
*Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
*Conduct routine examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
*Execute restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
*Maintain accurate documentation and records for all patient interactions.
*Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
*Work with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding during treatments.
*Collaborate with the dental team, including dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, to enhance patient care and office efficiency.
*Currently, most aspects of General Dentistry are offered. However, we are seeking to expand with additional services offered by the Associate Dentist (whether already known or by a willingness to learn)
Qualifications
*Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
*We welcome out-of-state applicants and are happy to guide dentists through the process of obtaining or reinstating an active license in our state.
*Strong understanding of documentation practices and medical terminology.
*Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building rapport with patients of all ages.
*Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry is essential.
*Ability to assess patient needs effectively and provide appropriate treatment options.
