Sterilization Tech - Dental Assistant

Join our dedicated team at a vibrant pediatric dental office! We are seeking a motivated and friendly Dental Assistant to provide exceptional support in our practice, specializing in pedodontics. This part-time role offers an opportunity to work with children and contribute to their dental health in a rewarding environment.
As a Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech, you will assist the dentist and hygienist with various procedures, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include chairside assistance, patient education, instrument sterilization, and maintaining patient records. A strong focus on customer service and infection control is essential, as you will interact closely with our young patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for working with children. Previous experience is not required; we value a willingness to learn and a flexible attitude. If you have additional skills such as being cross-trained in different areas of dental assistance, that will be a plus!
Work hours are Tuesdays from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 6 PM, and alternating Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 2 PM, with breaks for lunch. You will have access to personal protective equipment provided by the office. Join us in creating a positive dental experience for our pediatric patients!
