We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented front office professional to join our dynamic multi-specialty practice near Grant Central. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients across various specialties, including general dentistry, periodontics, and cosmetic services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a solid understanding of dental terminology. Experience with appointment scheduling, patient charting, and data entry is essential, as is familiarity with Open Dental software. As a bilingual professional, you will be able to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base, enhancing our commitment to patient care.
Your responsibilities will include ordering supplies, assisting with treatment planning, and supporting our team with insurance breakdowns. We emphasize the importance of a collaborative work environment, and your ability to work alongside our skilled dental professionals will be vital.
Our office provides a full range of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety, and we offer competitive benefits including paid time off (PTO), a 401K plan with matching, a medical stipend, and an in-house dental plan.
