We are a growing general dental practice seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, modern office where teamwork and compassionate care come first.

In this position, you will assist with patient care and clinical flow, support the dental team during procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain infection control standards, and help with dental charting and records. You may also assist with digital X-rays, intraoral imaging, patient education, oral hygiene instruction, and treatment planning. Strong communication skills are important, along with the ability to help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience, a high school education, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and office procedures. Helpful skills include appointment scheduling, patient recall, Dentrix Ascend, cavitron use, ultrasonic scaling, air polishing, CPR certification, bilingual communication, and familiarity with sealants, chlorhexidine, Arestin therapy, and periodontal care.

We offer competitive pay starting at $23/hour, depending on experience, plus a production bonus. Full-time benefits begin after 90 days and include medical insurance, vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and SIMPLE IRA matching. PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in the front and adjacent lot. No designated lunch break, but everyone has a chance to eat.
