Led by Dr. Nevin Waters and his daughter Dr. Lindsay Waters Davidson, along with our associate dentist Dr. Allison Manz, our family-oriented practice specializes in not just general dentistry but also offers services that include Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and advanced restorative options such as implants and oral sleep apnea devices.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in our patient care team, working closely with both the doctors and our supportive staff. Your responsibilities will encompass performing comprehensive periodontal evaluations, updating patients’ medical histories, and educating them about their oral health through the use of intraoral cameras and visual aids. Your ability to identify failing restorations, decay, and the uniqueness of each patient's condition will be crucial in guiding our patients towards optimal dental health.
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, a thorough understanding of what constitutes a "Healthy Mouth," and the passion to educate and motivate patients. You'll be expected to chart progress or decline, discuss unscheduled treatments, and effectively communicate with our team to ensure seamless patient care.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside benefits such as 401K matching.
