Hiring Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join a thriving, patient-focused general dental practice that values compassion, integrity, and excellence in every aspect of care. This is a full-time opportunity in a multi-doctor office serving both PPO and private patients, where teamwork, communication, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being are at the center of everything we do.

In this role, you will perform a variety of clinical hygiene duties, including calculus removal, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, ultrasonic scaling, Cavitron use, fluoride treatment, periodontal treatment, oral cancer screening, dental charting, and digital x-rays. Experience with Open Dental, iTero, and digital imaging is preferred. You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to provide focused, quality care and develop meaningful patient relationships. Scheduled appointment times are typically 60 minutes for existing patients and 90 minutes for new patients.

Compensation is $45–$55 per hour, with flexibility to discuss and negotiate for the right candidate.
