We are a dynamic and growing private dental practice committed to delivering outstanding care to the communities we serve. Our team fosters a collaborative environment built on clinical excellence and ongoing professional development. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our team. We own two dental practices, with two doctors who rotate between both locations. One of our current doctors is retiring and the associate will be stepping into a full schedule.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is enthusiastic about learning, professional growth, and building a long-term career with our practice. A dedicated dental professional with a genuine passion for their work. Someone who strives to build strong, trusting relationships with both team members and patients while consistently delivering the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Location: We have two locations, one in Lakewood and one in Steilacoom.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily guarantee (first 90 days): $700 or 30% whichever is higher.
After 90 days: 30% of collections

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
Strong desire for personal and professional growth
