We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to enhance our beautiful and welcoming private practice. Our office is led by a single doctor committed to providing personalized care and professional service in a fun and relaxed environment. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch dental hygiene services to our valued patients.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive dental hygiene care, including calculus removal, gingivitis screening and treatment, and patient education. Your technical expertise in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide administration, and periodontal treatments will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will also be involved in dental charting and maintaining accurate patient records, utilizing our Dentrix software. Each patient visit allows you to provide focused attention, with a typical schedule of one hour for routine patients and one and a half hours for new patients, ensuring you can deliver thorough and personalized service.
We prioritize the health and safety of our team and patients, providing all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including nitrile gloves and regular masks. Plus, with numerous parking spots available within 20 feet of our front door, access to our practice is convenient for everyone.
As a friendly and caring hygienist, your interpersonal skills will be key to fostering trusting relationships with our patients. We appreciate those who are committed to making a difference and promoting lifelong oral health.
You will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $58 to $62, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes time off, a bonus structure, dental coverage, and concierge medical services, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
