Hygienist Position FT/PT in Plano, Family Practice

We are a well established general dental practice seeking a motivated and professional dental hygienist to join our growing team. This full or part-time opportunity is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working in a patient-centered environment, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering high-quality preventive care. New graduates are welcome, and we are happy to support the right individual through training and ongoing development.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services in a general practice setting, including routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, and patient education. You will see one patient at a time, with most appointments lasting about one hour, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough, attentive care and build strong patient relationships. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic practice environment.

Because patient comfort and safety are priorities, the office supplies a full range of personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks. We maintain a professional, organized clinical environment designed to support both excellent care and efficient workflow.

We take a one-hour lunch break. Parking is easy, making the daily commute convenient for the team. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and we are open to discussing the right fit for candidates at different stages of their career.
