Are you a dedicated and motivated dental hygienist looking to join a well-established practice in the South Fayette area serving Fayetteville, Peachtree City, and Senoia? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our general, single-doctor dental office that prides itself on providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere.

As a part-time dental hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our patients’ oral health journeys while working alongside a supportive team. In our innovative office, you will have the opportunity to utilize the latest technology, including voice notes and voice periodontal charting, streamlining your workflow and enhancing patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized care plans.
- Diagnose and perform periodontal therapy to support patient health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the dentist to develop treatment plans.
- Actively fill and manage your schedule to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications:

- A degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Ability to diagnose and perform periodontal therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships and promote a positive experience.
- Enthusiasm for continued learning and adapting to new technologies.

We welcome recent graduates right out of dental hygiene school or seasoned professionals who are eager to make a difference in patients' lives. Our team values collaboration, and we encourage open communication and the sharing of ideas to enhance our practice.

Open to a Flexible Work Schedule. Our office hours are:

- Monday/Wednesday: 8:00 to 5:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
- Tuesday/Thursday: 7:30 to 4:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.

In this role, you can expect an hourly rate of $43-$46 based on experience, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and contributions. Many of our patients have been with us for years, which illustrates the trust and long-term relationships we build within our community.
