Dental assistant
LOCATION
Fairfield, CAWe are seeking a dependable and compassionate dental assistant to join our friendly, established general dentistry practice. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a warm and supportive environment where every patient is treated with kindness and respect.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and takes pride in helping create a smooth, positive patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting chairside with general and restorative procedures, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, taking and recording dental impressions and digital X-rays, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the clinical team with day-to-day office flow. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
We value employees who are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with both patients and providers. A high school education is required.
We offer a competitive pay range of $24–$30 per hour, based on experience, along with PTO, dental benefits, holiday vacation, a bonus program, and a retirement plan after one year. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break. Parking is available in the front and side of the office building.
