We offer an exciting opportunity for a part-time dental hygienist to join our well-established dental office in Camden, Maine, where we have proudly served our community since 1994.
Our practice is grounded in a commitment to patient care, emphasizing the importance of oral health and overall well-being. We believe that building strong relationships with our patients is paramount, as it fosters an atmosphere where everyone feels safe, welcome, and valued. As a part-time member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us maintain this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dental hygiene services, including thorough cleanings and preventative care.
- Use Eaglesoft to update patient records and manage treatment plans efficiently.
- Perform digital X-rays and utilize iTero for advanced imaging, ensuring an optimal diagnostic experience.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and discuss treatment plans tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with our talented dental team to create a seamless and positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- A degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and experience with iTero and digital X-ray technology are preferred.
- A dedication to patient care and a strong desire to contribute to a welcoming, community-oriented environment.
- While previous experience is not required, a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
Our hygienists enjoy a structured work schedule, seeing one patient at a time and spending approximately one hour with each. We offer a one-hour lunch break to ensure you recharge throughout your shift.
